About the role
This candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA for JEL Group of companies. The candidate with exceptional project management skills will oversee all aspects of the implementation and integration of SAP S/4HANA solutions by being the primary point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external consultants and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation plans and escalation paths as needed
- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across internal and external project teams, optimizing efficiency and productivity
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal users to ensure successful adoption and integration of SAP S/4HANAana solutions
- Lead post-implementation reviews and assessments, capturing lessons learned and recommending process improvements for future projects
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience with managing SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects
- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as (Project Management, Procurement, Financial & Operational, Risk Management, Enterprise Analytics, Finance, Sales and Marketing track etc) is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors
- Demonstrate leadership abilities, including conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
- Experience in change management and business process improvement is a plus
