Overview:
The Process Engineer (Chemical) is responsible for optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within our chemical manufacturing operations. This role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Work Schedule: 5 Days, Monday to Friday / 8:00 A.M. – 4:45 P.M.
- Location: Jurong Island, Singapore
- Company Transportation: Provided from Jurong East MRT and Boon Lay MRT stations
- Remuneration: Up to $4,500 Monthly Base Salary + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Plant Operations Alignment: Ensure plant operations align with design specifications through rigorous analysis and adjustments.
- Risk Assessments and FMEA: Lead risk assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to mitigate operational risks.
- PDCA Cycle: Conduct regular checks and briefings to maintain process efficiency and quality standards.
- Training and Development: Train engineers and technicians on new or changed processes to optimize team proficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO9000, 14000, 45000, and 50000.
