As a Sales Manager for Beauty Salons and Spas, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with beauty salons and spas, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the beauty salon and spa industry.
2. Stay updated on the latest beauty products, trends, and technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients.
3. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and offer support to ensure individual and team success.
5. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Technical skills & competencies:
1. Proficiency in developing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs and characteristics of the beauty salon and spa market.
2. Familiarity with technological advancements in the beauty industry, such as skincare devices, hair styling tools, augmented reality (AR) beauty apps, and virtual try-on solutions.
