We are an FMCG (coffee) ecommerce business, looking for a warehouse and fulfillment assistant to grow and develop with us. We’re a small team expecting fast growth, working in a casual atmosphere in the heart of Singapore (Commonwealth area)
Job Description:
· Efficiently manage and process orders across multiple sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, domestic and international B2B clients, ensuring accuracy & timely fulfillment.
· Conduct periodic inventory counts and replenish stock when necessary, optimizing warehouse space.
· Coordinate & manage incoming supply shipments (Air freight/ Sea freight).
· Handle basic customer inquiries related to orders and stock availability.
· Able to communicate timely and clearly (external customer chat & internal team chat)
· Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned – all in the scope of warehouse & fulfillment and occasional client contact (walk-ins, premium clients)
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
· Able to work independently.
· Create and maintain good working relationships with clients and our business partners
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year working experience.
· Minimum 'N' level holder
· Possession of Class 3 driving license for incidental priority/ urgent client deliveries
· Hands-on, practical insight into stacking and storage
· Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Must be a fast learner and able to multi-task
· Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines during sale days
· Physically fit and energetic
· Ability to work under own initiative
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Computer literacy
· Office & warehouse location: Right next to Commonwealth MRT
· Working Hours: 9am-5.00 pm (Mon-Fri) + 9am – 2:00 pm (Saturday)
Rewards:
· SGD 2000 – 3000 base pay (pending experience) + CPF
· Variable performance bonus based on Key Performance Indicators (timely fulfillment, low error rate, timely check-in at work etc)
