Overview: As a Warehouse Assistant at our Travel Souvenir Company, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring the accurate handling, packing, and distribution of our travel-themed products. Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and accurately record received items.
Organize and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with the procurement team to reorder products as needed and manage stock rotation. - Order Processing and Packing:Fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain high standards in packaging for safe transit.
Collaborate with the shipping department to schedule pickups and prepare shipping documentation. - Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Implement efficient storage solutions and optimize warehouse space utilization.
Conduct routine maintenance of warehouse equipment and report any issues promptly. - Quality Control:Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the relevant departments. - Team Collaboration:Work closely with the logistics, sales, and production teams to meet operational goals.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to streamline workflows and resolve any issues that may arise.
