Human Resource
- Monthly payroll processing, inclusive of CPF and levy calculation and preparation of payslip
- Cooperate with accountant for submission of CPF payment and staff salary transfer
- Manage and maintain records of contracts and agreements in relation to office space and staff accommodation
- Maintain proper records of all HR related documents
- Keep up to date records of all necessary staff related information
- Handle all foreign staff work permit matters including but not limited to application of new work permits and renewal of expiring work permits
- Levy and salary rebate applications where necessary
- Staff income tax matters; preparation of IR8A, income tax submission for foreign staff, IR21 for leaving foreign employees
- All other responsibilities in accordance to your role as the HR Executive
Administration
- Handle administrative requests from managers and directors
- Assist and provide administrative support for all departments
- Standard data entry
- Handle administrative documents, update and maintain proper records and proper filing systems
- Answer phone calls, checking and replying daily emails. You are advised to maintain a polite and professional manner of communication
- Attending meetings and taking meeting minutes including dissemination of minutes to all attendees of meeting
- Support the overall business of Branch Office
- Perform general clerical duties which include preparing of documents and filing
- Handle office upkeeps such as replenishment of stationeries
- Support the Chief Representative of the Branch Office
- Manage and maintain contracts/agreements related to office, accommodation and company vehicles
- Provide general support to visitors from HQ
- Any other administrative ad-hoc matters or undertake additional task and responsibilities when required
Singaporean is preferred.
