Introduction:
- To work with EPCm & Vendors to integrate and add value to the Compressor's and Blower's entire system, including Process, Process Controls, Mechanical, Electrical, Operations, Maintenance, etc requirements into an integrated engineering deliverables to ensure a fully working engineering design.
- To develop and oversee the entire system completion process which includes the Pre-commissioning, commissioning, Startup and performance test requirement for the Compressor and Blower and work with the shutdown Event team to fix the system packages and event schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To oversee entire system completion
- Work with Vendors, End User team and Client internal team to develop a value added integrated requirements for the Compressor, Blower, its operation system controls (CCC), smooth commissioning, performance test and hand-Over
- Develop Turnover Procedure for the Compressor and Blower
- Develop detalled Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up and Performance Testing plan
- Support in developing the system and test packages
- Support the Event team develop the detailed schedule
- Support the Event team to meet phase/ gate requirements
- Commissioning of MAB/RGC on the motorised machine.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrument Controls Engineering.
- A minimum of 15 years experiences with Oil and Gas Compressor Commissioning and Start up work.
- Good understanding of plant Operations and Process Controls requirements.
- Physically fit to work in plant/ site conditions.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, written and verbal English.
- Good team player, self-driven with ability to interact across multiple disciplines.
