Responsibilities
- Primarily support the compliance job scope, administering company's compliance programs and Speak Up systems.
- Manage and develop policies in compliance, provide compliance training, suppport management reporting and conduct compliance audits
- To handle communications between Global Compliance, company and entities
- To prepare presentations and explanations and status reports of current compliance activities
- To support compliance meetings and discussions, minute taking of meetings
- To support investigation proceedings and follow up of countermeasures and action plans with stakeholders
- Administrative support for compliance areas
Requirements:
- Degree in Business with at least 3-5 years of audit/compliance experience
- Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
- Clear thinker, pay attention to details , adaptable to new software and technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently and high level of integrity
