Job Description :
- Provide positive and professional customer experience with service excellence
- Review customer service KPIs and ensure that the customer service activities are in line with the standards, procedures & strategic objectives of the overall organisation
- Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions in a timely manner
- Handle customers' complaints and queries from all channels and to manage both new and existing customers' appointments
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Requirements :
- At least 1 year experience in customer service, data research or sales
- Strong listening and persuasion skills
- Approachable, enjoys interacting with people, strong interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Able to remain calm under challenging situations and handle pressure
- Possess strong critical thinking skills
