Key Responsibilities
Finance:
- Perform accounting and clerical tasks relating to the processing of full set of accounts transactions Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Handle month-end closing inclusive of month-end reporting package
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Credit control/Bank reconciliation/Audit schedule
- Research and apply for relevant government grants
- Liaise with banker, auditor, overseas counterpart, etc
- Overseas transaction of overseas subsidiaries
- Ad-hoc duties as assign
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist in payroll and provide general administrative support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven 1-3 years experience in finance and basic HR administration
- Knowledge of full set and general accounting procedures
- Familiarity with applying for government grants and managing compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., MYOB)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
