Exams Dept – Temp Staff
§ Ensure enquiries via email and telephone calls are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
§ Performs course/examination related administration, including setting up course codes on registration system, exemption applications, refunds to candidates, TSR invalidate results
§ Handle the logistics for tutorials, including setting up and sending zoom invites, hosting and admitting students on zoom, attending to student queries during lessons, preparing post tutorial reports and uploading zoom recordings to assigned shared folder
§ Maintain interest lists and send registration boosting emails for tutorials to ensure intakes meet the minimum enrolment to proceed.
§ Submit the relevant daily and weekly enrolment reports
§ Assist with tracking of pass/fail status, sending reminders to candidates with >30 days to deadline to pass, and coordinating with Finance to issue clawback invoices
§ Arrange for monthly issuance of parchments.
§ Other tasks as and when assigned (including assisting with ID verification when needed)
