What You’ll Do
- Architect and implement a robust transition strategy, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs), risk mitigation plans, and success metrics.
- Oversee all project phases, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Establish clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Build and manage high-performing transition teams, both internal and external, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to align expectations and secure necessary resources.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance throughout the transition process.
- Contribute to broader organizational initiatives such as communications, human resources, and contract negotiations.
- Regularly travel to India to monitor project progress, address challenges, and drive successful execution.
What Will Make You Shine
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as a Project or Transition Manager within IT infrastructure.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software systems.
- Successful track record in managing complex outsourcing projects.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
