Job Description:
.Provide overall supervision of production activitees. He/She is responsible for smooth production operations within the plant, and ensures adequate in ventories of raw materials, manpower and other resources required.
.Oversees and makes regular reports to the manager on production outputs, equipment issues and staff overtime.
.Sustain improvement in product quality and productivity, evaluate low yield and quality assurance fail lots to highlight issues that affect output and operations.
.Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching Major Responsibillties.
Delegate instructions and information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
.Ensure good housekeeping and safety at the workplace.
.Coordination provision of training to production staff.
.Assume basic responsibillties and duties in the absence of Team Leader.
.Adherence to all standards of quality and hygiene of product and exemplary housekeeping standards in accordance Food Safety System requirements and exemplary housekeeping standards.
.Ensures that hte team maintains processing area and equipment in a clean, sanitary ,and presentable condition.
