- Attend to clients’ events inquiries promptly and politely.
- Manage all pre-event planning and organizing of F&B event / catering menus.
- Produce detailed proposals for events according to client’s requirement.
- Manage events and coordinate onsite culinary team and/or caterers and all event logistics.
- Oversee events catering, kitchen preparation and service team.
- Conduct a full event pre and post briefings with the team.
- Event list and event calendar are updated accordingly and submitted to Unit Manager timely.
- Facilitate catering events billings including issuance of event order forms & quotations accurately, submission of approved events to respective BUs for PO issuance and process for payment.
- Ensure monthly catering report is provided for MMR reporting.
- Responsible for the management of caterers and service level management.
- Upkeeping of catering vendor listing and contacts.
- Coordinate event laundry to vendor.
- Manage pantry stocks inventory and pantry attendants’ tasks schedule.
- Vending machine management.
- Ensure all paper works and PTW are completed and sent to the landlord/CES accordingly.
- Manage kitchen and pantries equipment inventories.
- Maintain all F&B service and preparation areas clean.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients, and government.
- Coordinate and handle all festive celebration arrangement (ie Christmas and CNY celebration, Birthday Celebration).
- Manage water dispenser and schedule filter change bi-yearly and/or as required.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Unit Manager and/or Assistant UM.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures.
- Follow all Emergency Response plans on site.
- Follow procedures for identifying, assessing, and controlling hazards and risks.
- Adhere to and always maintain food handling standards and food safety plan.
