Job Description
As a Patient Service Associate in our wards, you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection, and banking.
- Attend to walk-in and call-in patients’ enquiries.
- Liaise with dental laboratories for the collection and delivery of lab reports and dental works.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery for the clinic.
- Coordinate and work closely with the Head Office on all matters.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- No experience required.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cheerful and pleasant personality.
- Conversant in basic computer skills.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Must be able to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
