Job Description:
This role is to strategize, implement and oversee projects regarding organizational development and change management. In addition, to ensure communication and understanding of the strategic plan including objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and collaborate with country management, local teams, and subcontractors to establish security standards and requirements.
- Create and execute local security guidelines in alignment with corporate or client security mandates.
- Serve as the primary security liaison for clients and authorities, implementing and managing strategies accordingly.
- Conduct security risk assessments, ensuring corrective and preventive measures are implemented effectively.
- Manage and review security incidents, including investigations and documentation.
- Report and escalate incidents related to Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) and any business disruptions.
- Conduct audits of subcontractors, ensuring follow-up on corrective actions.
- Support commercial, insurance, and compliance efforts through strategic implementation and oversight.
- Promote and oversee security awareness programs for local employees.
- Domestic travel is required.
- Must be reachable via mobile or other means during and occasionally outside of office hours.
- Assist in organizing quarterly Enterprise Risk Management meetings, and compile risk registers, progress reports, and insurance registers from overseas business units.
- Maintain, update, and develop Business Continuity Plan materials, ensuring that planned exercises are conducted.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Security, or a related field.
- Preferably holds certifications in security planning, design, deployment, equipment, or investigations.
- Certifications in business continuity are advantageous.
- Experience in supply chain security and/or business continuity.
- Familiarity with TAPA and other security standards.
- Experience in training or coaching others.
- Membership in a security industry association.
