PRecious Communications Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate / Director in the Public Relations & Client Services department, focusing on brands and consumer clients in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading consumer brands and drive impactful PR creative campaigns and programmes not only in Singapore but also in the APAC remit.
As an Associate / Director in this role, you will be the overall lead of local and regional client accounts delegated to or brought in by you. You will look into client and team management, account profitability and impart integrated communications knowledge to both clients and internal teams. Media and KOLs relations, their respective content and platform strategies and creative concept ideation to feasibility rollouts are expectedTogether with the help of our New Business team, you will be instrumental in growing the team and size of business within our practice.
You will play a key role in the overall development of PRecious Communications, helping to shape the future direction of the company.We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about consumer brands, has a strong understanding of the Brands and B2C landscape in Singapore, and possesses excellent communication and client management skills.
The ideal candidate will be one who has foresight and finesse in developing strategies and delivering counsel in media relations, KOL relations, creative content direction, formulation and execution, media and KOLs pitch works, decking (new and existing businesses) and an entrepreneurial cum team player mindset.Job requirements
To achieve success in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- A great communicator with a minimum of 8 years of experience in PR managing Brands and B2C lifestyle clients, of which, 3 years in a leadership/supervisory position
PR, KOLs and agency experience is a MUST – we welcome anyone from a smaller establishment, or a bigger integrated outfit of integrated communications
Proven track record of creating and executing PR strategies (earned and paid media, KOLs strategies and relevant content strategies and their success measurements beyond PR value) across brands and consumer clients
Self-initiated, motivated and a positive attitude
Work well in a team and comfortable collaborating across teams and markets
