Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentoring of AV team, to provide L1 and L2 support to users for AV in conference room, and AV devices/system (i.e. Creston, MS Teams).
- Lead cross function team in rolling out AV & UC related projects, in coordinating with involved vendors.
- Lead cross function team in participating of customer’s major event/meeting taking place over UCaaS platform, from dry-run sessions to the completion of the actual event/meeting.
- Oversee Hub Room operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Min : 10 years of experience with modern Digital Audio Video technology and End User computing experience is needed.
