The Role
This position will provide support on all aspects of corporate secretarial and general administrative services for both local and overseas companies within the Group.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide corporate secretariat support to Board and Management Committee.
- Perform filing to ACRA for all legally required documents as well as monitor the compliance of legal and contractual obligations.
- Assist in arrangements of Board/Committee/Shareholders’ meetings including preparation of meeting agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, and approval for minutes and resolutions.
- Correspond with local registries and service providers for relevant matters.
- Maintain statutory files and registers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies/Accountancy.
- Candidate with full or partial ICSA Professional Certificate or its equivalent will be an advantage.
- At least 2 to 5 years experience in corporate secretarial work in a professional firm or a listed company.
- Good knowledge of processed and electronic filing requirements of ACRA.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
