Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day finance operations. This role reports directly to the Finance Manager and involves a comprehensive range of finance and administration responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
· Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
· Track customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
· Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, and prepare payment vouchers and reminder notices.
· Quarterly GST filing and other tax compliances.
· Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
· Provide office administrative support.
Job Requirements:
· Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Accounting.
· Prior experience in admin and finance roles is preferred.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
