Sales Executive

Establish contact and promote to prospective customers through relationship-based approach and follow up with them from acquisition to closure.

- Make telephone calls and site visits to prospective clients through referrals, business directories and own leads

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations and build professional rapport with customers

- Explain technical nuances of various products to match customers’ needs

- Follow up with customers to close sales, ensure customer satisfaction, retention and maintenance of sales accounts

- Plan and organise personal sales strategy by maximising the Return on Time Investment for territory/ segment

- Sales document preparation and coordination with customers and production to ensure successful fulfilment of orders according to project schedules and requirements

- Analyse customers’ feedback, requirements and market sentiments for product and service enhancement

- Any other duties as assigned by management

12. Familiar in ERP systems, Microsoft Office and cloud working applications


Working Conditions

- Office: Air conditioned and outdoor

- Shared work area

- Requires travelling to different locations, driving license a bonus

- Tools: computer and phone
