Job Description:
- Perform fixed deposit maintenance, current account maintenance, account opening, deposit-related transactions, investment transactions, credit documentation vetting, original document safekeeping, audit confirmations, and other related account servicing and maintenance functions.
- Ensure that operational processes while collaborating with the front office, and other business units are in full compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements.
- Set up new accounts in the system and custody of the account-opening file for regular post-acceptance review upon account approval
- Check and prepare for next-level authorization relating to fixed deposit placement and maintenance.
- Check and prepare for next-level authorization of account operation-related transactions following internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing, systems enhancement & any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Support frontline, adhere to anti-money laundering/counter-terrorist financing requirements, and sanction risk controls following regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 2-3 Years Experience in Bank Operations
