• Responsible in other accounts and related admin works.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Well versed in AR and AP / Data Entry
• General Office administration, including reception, telephone service, filing and clerical supports including payment collection management, etc.
• Good career progression and company culture
• Managing a group of companies accounts
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Accounting software
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Good team player, meticulous, highly numerate and detail oriented
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
•Proficient in Quickbook system will be an advantage
