Telesales Responsibilities:
- Specialist in tele-sales conversion
- Convert customer inquiries into sales conversions
- Handle inquiries, providing assistance and slotting customers for baking and culinary workshops
- Handle phone calls & enquiries during & after office hours
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms in different languages (English, Mandarin / Malay) including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok showcasing the company profile & expertise
- Leverage excellent communication skills to engage potential customers and effectively convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
- Drive the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, enhancing customer interaction
- Implement latest marketing technologies, continuously integrating new advancements, such as ChatGPT, into our marketing strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and sales designers to drive sales in-house marketing campaigns, and customer reviews
