Our client, a well-known insurance company, is seeking an AVP of Product Management to assist with Product Value Proposition.
12 month contract with open to conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential ecosystem partners that could add value to the insurance product suite, develop partnership strategies and narratives to complement the product value proposition
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to implement partnership collaboration models
- Analyse portfolio data trends and identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to Design and implement portfolio growth strategies
- Ideas alone are not enough, the candidate must be willing to get his/her hands dirty to test, learn, and scale this initiative
Preferred background
- User growth experience
- Partnership experience
- Comfortable with data analysis
- Able to collaborate with relevant stakeholders, take the lead in the initiatives
- Insurance background not required
- Will consider junior candidates who have 1-2 years experience (Offer will be commensurable with experience)
