Our Client, a leading listed company is seeking to recruit for an Assistant Manager for their Digital Marketing team.

Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager (Digital Marketing), you will be responsible for implementing digital marketing strategies for the Group’s Sales & Leasing Division. You will also work closely with external agencies to manage paid media campaigns and optimize performance marketing efforts. You will be managing projects, social media campaigns and various Digital Marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Digital campaigns, including but not limiting to Search, Display/Programmatic, Google listings/ pins and Social Media advertising campaigns
- Conceptualise leads performance marketing strategy and manage execution SOPs end-to-end
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Work with agency to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Present campaign results to stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to study and constantly optimize users' digital journey and experience
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Guide/Train team members on digital channels and strategy
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or any other equivalent discipline
- At least 5 years of working experience in digital marketing
- Prefer candidate coming from Digital Marketing Agency background
- Candidate with experience in paid media is highly preferred
- Experience with Social Media advertising campaigns and in managing marketing agencies
- Able to lead and manage SEM, Social Media and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience in Social Media advertising campaigns (YouTube / Meta / TikTok / Wechat / Xiaohongshu / Douyin etc) and managing digital campaigns for Greater China and Hong Kong markets is preferred but not a must
