Front Counter and Specialist Clinic Administrative Duties
- Clinic administrative duties (greeting, registering of patients, answering telephone calls and inquiries, booking and arranging appointments, surgery-related matters, etc.).
- Communicate and liaise with insurance companies and vendors on all necessary matters.
- General administrative duties such as filing, faxing, receiving cash and check receipts, etc.
- Maintain the clinic and ensure stock inventory levels are satisfactory.
- Liaise with hospitals and patients on matters related to outpatient and inpatient services.
- Manage patients’ Medisave and claims using the MediClaim portal.
- Manage patients’ corporate insurance claims using different corporate insurance claims portals.
- Advise patients on insurance-related matters, if applicable.
- Assist in all day-to-day administrative duties.
- Perform all front counter and specialist clinic administrative duties as required by management.
Clinic and Surgical Procedures
- Render patient care in an outpatient and/or day surgery setting.
- Assist in clinic and surgical procedures in an outpatient and day surgery setting.
- Book operating theatres, anesthetists, hospital accommodation, etc., for inpatient or day surgery procedures.
- Follow up on patients' reviews and postoperative recovery.
- Perform all other clinic and surgical procedures as required by management.
