JOB PURPOSE:
Assist in preparation of payroll and related functions for the organization. Maintain and update pay history for Asia Pacific branches. Generate month end and ad-hoc reports.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintain payroll database, verify commission payment, and update pay history records for the Asia Pacific branches. Assist in payroll closing and preparation of payroll reports. Provide administrative support that is required from time to time.
JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):
- Create Payroll database for all staff locally.
- Maintain and update pay history records for Asia-Pacific branches
- Calculate commissions, overtime payments and other allowances for the regions.
- Prepare NS make up pay.
- Print monthly and commission pay advice and distribute to staff.
- Assist in preparation of payroll reports and month end closing.
- Attend to enquiries from staff on payroll matters.
- Provide administrative duties as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Degree or Diploma qualification in a relevant field of study (Finance / Accounting / HR)
EXPERIENCES
- Candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
