Finance Dept – Temp Staff
- Handle full spectrum of AP function, including recording suppliers’ invoices and payments. This includes timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests.
- Process ad hoc credit card refunds and monthly corporate refunds.
- Maintain fixed assets register, including Asset tracking and verification
- Handle Withholding Tax Deduction for non-residents.
- Prepare monthly report
- Prepare and update monthly audit schedules.
- Prepare Quarterly GST Report.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
