Job Scope:
- Build undergraduates’ capacity through mentoring and on-the-job guidance, and put in place mechanism for self-responsibility and group accountability.
- Evaluate potential risks of activities, including possible consequences of actions or solutions in relation to the learning experience of participants, and advise accordingly.
Residential Experience
- Identify new stakeholders to expand and strengthen the new and existing RE Programmes that are designed with suitable pedagogical approaches and oriented towards the development of graduate attributes.
Administration and Finance
- Manage and maintain various RE learning spaces in the Halls of Residence.
- Represent RE and provide support in SAO-Wide and SASD-Wide Project
- Oversees HC and guide HCs to adhere to university financial guidelines
Data Analysis
- Conduct feedback, collate statistics and analyse reports to evaluate effectiveness of organised events and propose improvements.
- Provide support in the preparation of management reports for submission to the university administration and the ministries as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognised University.
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Experience in the tertiary education sector will be advantageous.
