- Project Oversight: Manage large-scale industrial projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
- Field Activity Monitoring: Supervise daily site activities, manage the flow of information, and track issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
- Handover Plans: Assist in finalizing handover plans, ensuring that documentation is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Onsite Leadership: Act as a visible leader on-site, evaluate project progress, and enforce safe work practices.
- Coordination and Communication: Work closely with client and contractor teams on snagging activities, scheduling, and engagement with project partners.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues with the project team.
- Process Implementation: Implement and oversee key project processes, collaborating with clients to drive improvements.
- Procedure Enforcement: Ensure project procedures are consistently followed.
- Meeting Participation: Lead and attend key meetings to monitor project progress, engage in problem-solving, and communicate any impacts.
- Variation and Delay Review: Review proposed changes and delays in the project.
- Sales Target: Achieve monthly sales targets as required.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status to the General Manager and Managing Director.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry.
- Strong team player with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding project control and people management abilities.
