Job Description Summary
The incumbent will be task to take an active role in supporting the Project Manager/Lead in ensuring timely and successful project completion within budget and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include managing communication with customers and stakeholders, coordinating project activities with internal and external parties, providing regular updates to both customers and management, and offering operational support for DLP/maintenance of delivered project systems.iding supports in sourcing, analysing, bidding, and executing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, as well as provide financial analysis to business units in their tender exercises.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Support Project Manager / Lead as a project team member to ensure project is completed on time, and meet all contractual requirements and budget.
- Support Project Manager / Lead to manage and communicate to customers and stakeholders.
- As point of contact representing ST Engineering with customers, vendors, contractors.
- Perform all related project coordination with control and supervision of resources including sub-contractors, internal and external related parties to meets its project targets.
- Provide regular project updates to customers and management.
- Provide operation management support for DLP / maintenance of the delivered project systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
- Relevant work experience, in electrical or engineering work is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in field of lighting is highly desirable
- Possess strong project & people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Able to perform within tight timeline to meet project objectives.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as a good team player.
