Project Manager, Airports
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the conceptual planning of an airport project and oversee its organisation, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, to meet the set targets of safety, time, quality, costs and budgets.
- Provide day-to-day coordination, control and supervision of the works being undertaken by all personnel involved in the project.
- Representing assigned products / services in Asia, and performance to the Airport business unit, providing leadership and support to account & business development teams, and via direct customer involvement
- Communicate product / service information to the sales team and customers. Assure that supporting training and product launch plans are in place
- Launch and implement customers’ new requirements ensuring jobs are completed on schedule. Ensure prompt and proactive technical support is readily available to customers to solve any technical issues / complaints
- Identify critical issues that impede success and implement plans to fix them
- Capture and understand customer requirements and plans, inform business unit of service gaps and/or growth opportunities
- Communicating and/or liaising with a range of people including the clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, the publics and the workforce.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
- Monitor and communicate market and competitor trends (service features, service and sales strategies, pricing levels and business direction)
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 or more years of project management or related industry experience
- At least 1 or more years of staff supervisory function
- Ability to track and report technical, schedule, and fiscal project performance
- Ability to develop project and operational plans
- Possess strong business acumen and leadership capability within a functional area
- Possess effective communication and presentation skills
- Build and maintain relationships across different levels of stakeholders
- Requires a good degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
