About the job:

We are seeking a dynamic talent with startup entrepreneurship mindset to join us as Analytical Business Improvement, In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Platform, Operations, Employee & Users. This role will identify, analyse, and implement process improvements that drive user satisfaction, operational excellence, and employee & operational engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of community experience initiatives.

Roles:

  • Support the stakeholders closely to develop and document the business processes and mapping
  • Process Analysis and Mapping. Conduct a thorough discovery, analysis of current business processes within the community experience teams. Develop detailed process maps and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Document and report all process changes, improvements, and best practices. Communicate findings, recommendations, and process updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments align processes and systems for maximum efficiency
  • Work closely with frontline teams to gather input and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Implements continuous improvement on the developed processes within the customer experience team

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in business process improvement, preferably in a contact centre or customer service environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Has the ability to plan, organise and prioritise multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Able to work fast
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL)
  • Experience in the car-pool, ride hail, last mile delivery or transportation industry is a plus
