- Recording supplier invoices into system for account payable.
- Liaise with suppliers for invoices and payments issues.
- To verify and process local and overseas staffs’ claims.
- Recording receipts from customers into system for account receivable.
- Process billing for services and inter-company charges.
- Process stock adjustments requested by logistics and sales teams.
- Assist in yearly stock-taking.
- Perform AP/AR/Bank Reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing GST return and checking the supporting documents.
- Ensure timely month-end closing and generating reports.
- Assist in any other financial and administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Applicant must be willing to work in Tuas.
- Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
