Job Description:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, training matters, disciplinary matters, etc
- Manage employees’ matters in areas of grievances, training program, appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus
- Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, work pass application for renewal and cancellation, insurance, maintaining P-File and HR Documentation, etc
- Ensure company regulation and practices are relevant to the Employment Acts and statutory requirements
- Responsible for Accounts function including managing of outsource vendor, handling of petty cash and claims transaction, preparing of documents and payments, etc
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Info-tech HR preferred
- Possess a Diploma in Accountancy or Human Resource Management or related fields with at least 1 years of Accounts/ HR Generalist experiences preferably from Retail/Beauty and Wellness industry
- Prior experiences in vendor management, HR knowledge and administration will be advantageous
- Familiar with Employment Act and Statutory requirements eg: CPF, MOM, etc
- Independent, meticulous, resourceful with good written and communication skills
- Good team player who works well in a small team, hands-on with good initiatives
- Able to work in a fast paced and results oriented environment
- Short notice/Immediate starter preferred
