Assist Project Manager(s) in the following areas of work:
* Maintain rapport & close relationships with customers, vendors, and partners as well as ensure that the project implementation adheres to the company’s quality standards.
* Prepare SOW / Change Request for Sales Personnel
* Conduct testing for the systems and contents to be delivered.
* Clearly articulate and document business requirements. Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
* Manage the project implementation plan & budget; identify the scope of project deliverables at each project milestone; monitor progress & take preventive/corrective action whenever necessary
* Prepare project documentation including Minutes of Meetings, Design Specifications, User Acceptance Test Plans and Reports, Training and User Manuals, and Release Notes, etc.
* Define project resources, performance reviews, and implementation review.
* Work closely with team members and clients to ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed with quality and according to schedule.
