- Manage large-scale industrial projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
- Oversee daily field activities, manage information flow, and report and track issues related to progress, quality, and safety.
- Assist in completing handover plans and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Act as a visible onsite leader, assessing progress and ensuring adherence to safe work practices.
- Coordinate with client and contractor teams on snagging activities, scheduling, and partner engagement.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues with the project team.
- Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with clients for improvements.
- Enforce project procedures and ensure consistent adherence.
- Lead and participate in key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts.
- Review proposed variations and delays in the works.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports to the General Manager and Managing Director, offering comprehensive updates on project status.
- Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent project control and people management skills.
