The eVTOL Research and Innovation Centre at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is looking for a Research Engineer II in the area of Flight Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- To prepare flight test plan
- To build experimental test models
- To conduct flight test and assess flying qualities.
- To prepare flight test report
- To provide engineering solutions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical engineering, aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Have at least 100 hours of piloting experience in flying real airplanes.
- Have at least 500 hours experience in flying radio control model airplanes, quadcopters and also model helicopters.
- Have pilots operating license for larger than 7 kg models.
- Have at least one year or more experience in conducting flight test and familiar with Coopers-Harpers handling assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can present results in clear manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent English skill is a must.
