Job Description & Requirements
- Develop, organize, plan, and execute projects while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project team members throughout the project, ensuring a smooth flow of information, particularly during the production stage.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers in a prepared, organized, clear, concise, and respectful manner.
- Prepare work schedules for all projects.
- Monitor and track ongoing project progress.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution, and provide support for sourcing materials when needed.
- Conduct site surveys to ensure all project defects are addressed and closed.
- Provide ad-hoc after-sales support.
- Occasionally provide quotations.
- Maintain an organized filing system in collaboration with colleagues.
- Provide M&E drawings and manage the overall project production sequence to ensure minimal disruptions and prevent monetary loss.
- Adhere to company-assigned SOPs and KPIs.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, renovation, or construction fields.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is advantageous.
