We are looking for a Business Development Director for our property and oversees the hotel expension plan. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building, and maintaining client relationships and expanding our market presence
Roles:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors and potential opportunities for business growth
· Analyse customer needs and preferences to tailor services and offerings accordingly
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects
· Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the Company’s competitive position in the
· Assist to prepare compelling presentations for the pitching to potential clients and partners
· Prepare regular reports for senior management, summarizing sales activities and progress against targets
Requirements:
· Preferred someone with a degree in any discipline
· Has Proven track record of success in business development within the hospitality or real estate industry
· Has good understanding of market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
· Has the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders
· Has excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
· Has strategic thinking skills and resourceful
