Job Descriptions:
· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify, qualify, and cultivate new leads and opportunities
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas
· Effectively communicate the company's products, services, and value proposition to potential customers
· Collaborate with the sales team to support the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
· Provide timely and accurate reporting on business development activities, pipeline, and key metrics
· Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales enablement content
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in business development
· Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by identifying new revenue streams and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
· Preferably Degree holder or equivalent
· Min. 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
· Proven track record of successfully generating new business and driving revenue growth
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
· Good project management skill and handle multi-tasks independently to meet tight deadlines
· Familiarity with the industry and target market is preferred
