Job Description:
• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to test various materials used in construction, evaluating quality, performance, and durability, potential
problems to ensure the construction quality, service life of engineering construction.
• Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors on technical and quality issues.
• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.
• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that a ect the schedule of works
at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department promptly solve problems that occur immediately and record them in the archives.
• Ensure designs and constructions meet authorities’ safety standards and regulations.
• Providing technical expertise on construction and operation of sewage treatment facilities.
• Review Architectural drawings for conflicts with Structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve issues.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.
• Familiar with bridge structure and analysis material for replacement or structure improvement.
• Introduce and explain the construction technology during the construction process, strictly control the drawings,construction plans, and construction schedule planning,
• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.
• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of di erent activities.
• Responsible for preparing, submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of construction progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and documentation of any changes or issues.
• To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.
• Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Planning and programming work to meet up tight schedules, ensure that specified content can successfully completed before the critical time.
• Quality Control.
• Advise and incorporating new technologies and sustainable practices into design and construction to improve
effciency, reduce environmental impact, and enhance the longevity of the structures.
• Responsible for on-site construction organization and construction management, including underground/underwater construction, geotechnical engineering, sewerage treatment design.
• Explain the technical safety and quality of the site construction worker.
• Solve the construction technical problems encountered by the site construction personnel.
• Arrangement for inspection of works and coordinate with site supervisors for a progressive worflow.
• Introduce and explain the construction technology during the construction process, strictly control the drawings, construction plans, and construction schedule planning.
Job Requirements:
• At least Degree or higher education in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Site Project Experience for construction projects, including foundation test work, reconstruction, especially analysis task.
• Experience in Marine project/Sewage treatment plant is preferred
• Good organizational, management and planning skill in construction projects
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Fluent in foundation testing work
• Expert in concrete construction & Civil and Building Engineering technology
• High-skill in Structure Mechanics, Soil mechanics, Construction Design for bridge, Analysis of engineering structures
• Fluent in professional software
