TLSC is in search of a dedicated and experienced Swim Coach to lead our Learn-To-Swim Program catering to toddlers (3-4 years) and young kids (5-12 years). This role requires passion, expertise, and a commitment to fostering a love for swimming among our young learners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct swimming lessons following TLSC's curriculum, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Provide personalized instruction to meet the needs and abilities of each swimmer, promoting skill development and confidence.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to swimmers and their parents/guardians regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the swimming facility.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate events and activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of coaching experience, preferably in teaching swimming.
- Availability to work weekends
- Former competitive swimmers and individuals with national-level experience will be given preference.
