We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive with a passion for events to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our events.
Working days: 6 days
Salary: basic+ commissions
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for events
o Stay updated on product features, benefits, and availability.
o Participate in training sessions and train the prometers to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
o Design promotions for every event and train the promoters.
Event Marketing:
o Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans for events, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing methods.
o Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, press releases, and online advertisements.
o Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality promotional materials.
Event Planning and Execution:
o Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events.
o Assist in logistical planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
o Monitor and help,guide set up for every event and train the promoters.
o Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Performance Analysis:
o Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and events.
o Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Store Operations:
o Ensure all products are properly displayed and merchandised.
o Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
Qualifications:
· O level, diploma, degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on event promotion.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in the events industry or a related field.
· Familiarity with event management software and tools.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
