Job Description/Responsibilities:
· Supports team in preparing for projects tender relevant to M&E fields
· Involves in pre & post M&E quantity surveyor role for the team
· Estimation, costs planning and measurement of quantities
· Take initiatives with managing budget, costs control, claims and variation orders
· Project final accounts settlement
· Managing extension of time, T&C, as well as loss and expenses claim
· Knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical fields for office interior fit-out projects
Job Requirements:
· Working hours: Weekdays 9-6pm
· Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years working experience
· Well versed in Mechanical & Electrical scope for fit-out works
· Attention to details especially to identifying variation orders, and submission of accurate cost details
· Highly motivated, independent and pro-active individuals are preferred
· Able to cope with flexible working hours due to project requirements
· Good in written and verbal communication in English
