What To Expect
The EEX Asia Market Operations Graduate Program is an intensive training program where the graduate will be exposed to different areas of an exchange and market operations. During the program, each graduate will attend a combination of classroom training, one-to-one mentoring, guided practice, self-directed learning and e-learning (including videos).
Each graduate will be assigned to a mentor, which can be a senior member of the team or a senior member of another team. Throughout this program, the mentor will provide assistance and understand how the graduate is getting along with the program.
As the graduate enters the second year of the program, they will be given the opportunity to take on additional leadership training to improve their skillset, including but not limited to attending sponsored external training courses such as communications, public speaking, managerial or time management courses within the training budget that is allocated to the graduate.
