Job Description
- Oversees end-to-end documentation for artwork management across various markets, ensuring timely execution for new product launches and change management. It involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to facilitate seamless production and compliance.
- Lead documentation processes using systems like WAVE, SAP, and InDesign to prepare approved packaging for initial production.
- Develop packaging (consumer unit, sales unit, transport unit) adhering to company, legal, sales, and trade requirements.
- Align with Brand Marketing Teams and Central Category team on development guidelines.
- Collaborate with artwork agencies to create packaging artworks based on provided briefs.
- Prioritize artwork tasks to prevent delays, considering lead times and complexity.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
- Maintain an organized database and track documentation statuses.
- Coordinate with Regional and Central Product Flow Managers to streamline workflows.
- Provide weekly reports on documentation status to stakeholders.
