Senior HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Full spectrum of HR function including payroll for 2 entities.
  2. Prepare employment letter and HR related documents and manage onboard/off boarding of staffs.
  3. Shortlist potential candidates and arrange for interview sessions with operations manager
  4. Administer work pass application/renewal for foreign employees.
  5. In-charge of all labour surveys.
  6. Maintain updated database of employee's record as well as verify staff leave and medical claims records.
  7. Processing of staff timesheet for monthly payroll input.
  8. Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and have a good understanding payroll practice in accordance to legislative requirements (Eg, CPF, IRAS & FWL) for Singapore.
  9. Provide proper payroll reporting to finance to facilitate salary payout.
  10. In charge of company insurance (G H&S, WIC, Product Liability, Spectra/Fire) matters such as renewal, claims and update staff movement.
  11. Manage company uniforms, name tag and place orders when necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management/Public Communication. Relevant professional certificate in related areas will be considered.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience as HR generalist role.
  3. Familiar with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  4. Possess good English verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  6. Proper time management skills with the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
  7. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
  8. Able to converse in basic Mandarin to communicate with non-English speaking staffs
  9. F & B industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
  10. Experience in managing Info-Tech Cloud HR System.
