Responsibilities:
Social Media and Online Management
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and communication plans across various channels (social media, email marketing, website content, press releases, etc.)
- Manage social media accounts and engage with our audience to build brand awareness and foster community engagement e.g. Create engaging content (written, visual, and multimedia) for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Managing and updating website(s)
Events Organisation
- Plan and manage logistics for pitching, showcase, and workshop events: securing venues, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, developing promotional materials, and handling post-event follow-up.
- Support with event execution: managing on-site logistics, ensuring smooth attendee experience, and assisting with presentations and demonstrations.
- Support meeting setup for important VIP visit meetings, ensuring all technology and materials are prepared.
Corporate Communication and Marketing
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases and content management systems.
- Assist with media relations activities, such as liaising press release distribution and media monitoring.
- Marketing activities for events / visits
- Designing marketing collaterals
- Other duties as assigned.
Period:
- 6 months Contract, Subject to extension / renewal
Working Hours:
- Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fri: 8.30am to 5.15pm
Location:
- Boon Lay
Salary:
- up to $4800, depending on experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) is a plus.
- Experience with event planning and logistics is a plus.
- Basic design experience is required i.e. photoshop, illustrator.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., graphic design software, content management systems) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics is a plus.
- Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
